Cash, cashier's check, or your approved company or personal check. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS and NO CREDIT CARDS.
No purchases may be removed until paid for in full. Purchasers without an FFL paying with personal or business checks may not take delivery of their purchases in excess of $3,000 without a letter of guarantee from their bank or until their check is honored by their financial institution. Purchasers with an FFL paying with personal or business checks may not take delivery of their purchases in excess of $10,000 without a letter of guarantee from their bank or until their check is honored by their financial institution. Letters of guarantee must be appropriately dated and addressed to "I-5auctions.com" and state, "This letter of guarantee is not revocable and Bank will guarantee payment on purchaser's check even in the event purchaser places or attempts to place a stop payment order on his or her check."
All purchasers must read and acknowledge the terms of sale provided at the auction. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no express or implied warranties. I-5 Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies.
A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases.
All items must be removed on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 15.
FEDERAL FIREARM LICENSE NOT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTS OF OREGON, WASHINGTON, IDAHO & NEVADA. Subject to passing a background check, all Oregon residents without a Federal Firearms License (FFL) will be allowed to purchase both longguns and handguns in this auction. Residents of Washington, Nevada and Idaho who do not have a FFL may purchase longguns only. Residents of states other than Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada may not purchase any firearms without a valid FFL or having a licensed firearm dealer bid on their behalf.
There will be a $5 paperwork charge on each firearm purchased for all buyers. Purchasers of firearms who do not have a valid FFL will be
required to pass a standard $10 federal background check.
